WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF JOINING THE 90-DAY RAW VEGAN FAST CHALLENGE?
This fast is to draw closer to the Most High God, and willingly do his will. A lot of us want healing, deliverance, guidance, the Holy Spirit, and knowledge of the Most High. Many of us have the desire to be re-educated in the world, renewed, rejuvenated, and revitalized. Some may fast for repentance or protection and strength. There is no limit to the things you can fast for. We are also fasting against generational curses, demonic strongholds, spirit marriages, soul ties, demonic spirits, family, and the world. We are asking for healing of our bodies, renewed energy, clear minds, good sleep, a pure heart, forgiveness, and so much more.

HOW LONG IS THE FAST?
This is a 90-day. We pray that you are able to fast the entire length. If not, we understand that life happens. Whatever sacrifice you are able to give to the Most High is a great start and the right direction toward obedience and deliverance.

RAW VEGAN FAST- PREFERABLY ORGANIC
This is a completely raw vegan fast. Because the Most High explained to us in Genesis that the garden of paradise he created for us was our food and medicine. Sometimes in order to get the result, you want you must do what you were told to do. We are returning to the garden for our food and medicine while trusting in the Father for the things we are requesting.
CAN YOU READ THE COMPLETE BIBLE IN 90 DAYS?
WE HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING ELSE, LETS GIVE YAHWEH A TRY.
This fast will also cleanse the body and eliminate unwanted bacteria and diseases. This fast will assist in the prevention and elimination of candida yeast overgrowth. Candida Albicans is an incredible destroyer of health and the main link in many of our modern-day diseases and sub-health conditions.
Genesis 1:29 Then God said, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.
They will bear fruit every month because their water flows from the sanctuary. Their fruit will be for food, and their leaves for medicine.”
WHAT IS THE MEETING SCHEDULE?
We will meet every evening at 7:00 PM via Google Meet for study, prayer, recipes, and encouragement. I encourage you to journal your experiences and write down your request for the Most High in your journal for a personal testimony.
VEGAN RAW LIFESTYLE.
It’s definitely a lifestyle but let’s go slow. Let’s start with easy food. Let’s start with 90 days and from there, you decide how to move forward. Let’s start easy, with small and easy meal prep, and easy transition- then, I will share meal recipes that will be a little more intense- but still easy.
HOW LONG IS THE FAST?
This is a 90-day. The fast begins on August 4, 2022, and ends on November 1, 2022.
WHAT ARE THE THE DAILY FOOD REQUIREMENTS FOR THE FAST?
This is a totally vegan plan- no animal of any kind. Nothing that comes from animals- so- no eggs, dairy, butter, gelatin, no lactic acid, etc. If it came from a heartbeat- it doesn’t belong. All fruit and vegetables must be seeded. No seedless vegetables or fruits.
Wheatgrass or Moringa shot - daily (Preferably powder)
Vitamine water- morning drink
Smoothies- breakfast brunch or lunch
Mono-meals- breakfast brunch or lunch
Dinner - salad or zucchini pasta ( be creative and explore)
Goal to drink 1 gallon of water daily ( gradually work your way up)
All that the Lord had made are given to man to eat for his subsistence and well-being. The food we eat and the water we drink is medicine for the body. All roots and herbs that the Most High God created are good according to Gen. 1:31, which reads thus “And God saw everything that he had made, and behold, it was very good.
DAILY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE FAST
A few of you are not vegan so- keep in mind that this is a totally vegan plan. Some of you are on this journey for education on vitamins and minerals via plants so- I want to have someone with a specialty in this area to guide you.
15-minute workout 6 days a week. Walking if you are able to do so, is great. It's important because the characters in the Bible did so. Additionally, weight lifting is encouraged but not required.

And Yahweh said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed: to you, it shall be for food.
detox baths, enemas, and massage are encouraged but not required.
Many of these ideas are meant for meal prep: soups, certain salads, certain bakes, etc.- those pans will last for a few meals- taking the prep and thought out of a few of your meals 😊.
Portion control- we are all different, so I cannot tell you how much will make you feel nourished and satisfied. You want to eat medium to large portions to get the maximum nutrition out of your food.
No vegetable oil on this journey. Coconut oil and grapeseed oil only.
No fermented foods for the first 45 days.
Regular or sugar-free plant milk (these are the ones that are usually 60 calories per serving or less).
No sugar only plant-based sweeteners like monk fruit.
Drink 1 gallon of water a day. When you feel hungry- drink water first. We often think it's hunger but, many times it’s just our bodies asking for water. Please drink water. It’s the first thing that should go into your belly.
We are also juicing, sprouting, growing microgreens, and making smoothies.
Only one vegan meal a day. You can always do what works best for you- meaning, you can use your one meal for lunch or dinner and vice versa- you can eat dinner for breakfast and breakfast for dinner- live within these means but design it in ways that make you happy.
1 Smoothie a day.
Herbal and detox teas only
Before you eat, ask yourself- “am I really hungry?” Meaning- are you eating because you simply “can eat” or are you eating because your body “needs nutrition”?
